 Sew a Unit #1 to a Unit #4. We'll call this Unit #5 and we'll need two of them.  Sew a 5 1/2" x 5 /12" square of background fabric to either side of a Unit #4. Make two of them and call them, you guessed it, Unit #6  Sew two Unit #4s to the 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" square of color 1 and call it Unit #7. It should look like this:  |
